Services
SARL 3CT offers a wide range of services: diagnostics, consulting, engineering, installation, operations and maintenance.
SARL 3CT delivers a broad range of services: design and implementation of electrical projects for tertiary, industrial and building sectors. Active in electromechanical solutions since its creation, the company aims to grow its international footprint. To ensure quality, 3CT works with world-class brands that meet international standards.
Business areas
From the service offering — technical scope covered by our teams.
- Supply and installation of medium- and low-voltage equipment.
- Low voltage: fire safety, intrusion, video / remote monitoring (including with Honeywell as a partner).
- Design and delivery of lighting and distribution installations.
- Supply and installation of distribution switchboards: main LV panels, transfer switches (manual, semi-automatic, automatic), etc.
- Industrial control panels: pumping, direct-on-line, star-delta, soft starters, etc.
- Maintenance of equipment and installations: generators, power factor correction, industrial automation (drives, PLCs), etc.
- Protection of assets and people: lightning protection, surge protection, fire detection, intrusion.
- Technical and energy studies on industrial sites.
- Consulting, assistance and follow-up for industrial clients.
Diagnostics & audit
Diagnostics and audit for electrical and communication equipment and networks: performance improvement, consumption reduction, renovation hotspots, process efficiency, technology upgrades and contractual compliance.
- Define actions to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Help reduce energy and raw-material consumption.
- Highlight areas that need renovation and assess criticality.
- 4-step methodology: needs and site constraints; network robustness and reliability; criticality and service policy per switchboard; shared action plan and recommendations.

Pre-project consulting & engineering
Pre-project consulting: pre-diagnostic, diagnostic and feasibility study (technology, technical, environmental and economic constraints). Vendor-neutral engineering with equipment best suited to the requirement.
- Pre-diagnostic: clarify needs and rank performance criteria for future functions.
- Diagnostic: identify causes of under-performance.
- Feasibility study: factor in technology, technical, environmental and economic constraints.
- Multi-vendor solutions with detailed reporting: architecture, variant performance, consumption and lifecycle simulation, lead times and resources, safety and environmental impact.

Installation, commissioning & maintenance
Installation and commissioning to applicable standards, project management, progress reporting, acceptance testing and operator training. Then corrective and preventive maintenance, audits, maintenance plans, on-call support and SLA contracts.
- Installation: experienced teams, supply of equipment when specified in the study, schedule adherence, reporting through to handover.
- Acceptance tests and operator training on installed systems.
- Preventive maintenance per AFNOR FDX 60-000 (levels 1–4, MV/LV and transformers, annual checks, major overhauls, dissolved-gas analysis for oil-filled transformers).
- Repairs, retrofit of obsolete parts while preserving the original configuration, spare-parts stocking advice.
- Tailored maintenance contracts (SLA): response times, spare parts or replacement equipment, emergency support, warranties by contract tier.
- 24/7 on-call for emergencies (production loss, safety of people and assets).
